JIS G3113 SAPH400 steel plate is automobile steel, and mainly for automobile structural uses. The SAPH400 steel plate thickness range is from 1.6mm to 14mm. JIS G3113 SAPH400 steel plate is always asked to be pickled, the pickled SAPH400 is also known as SAPH400-P.
The SAPH400 pickling plate is made of high-quality hot-rolled sheet as the raw material. After the oxide layer is removed by the pickling unit, trimming, and finishing, the surface quality and use requirements (mainly cold bending forming or stamping performance) are between hot-rolled plate and cold-rolled plate.
